terrible service. dont honor warranty

i like the aids but the service is terrible. my right ear aid cannot be accessed by bluetooth, therfore i cannot program it. i called for a replacement (under warrant) and 2 weeks later i still do not have the right ear aid. i guess they dont want to honor their warranty. i will be notifying walmart next.
