    The exact same model was installed in May 2013, it lasted almost 13 years, at which point the mechanism that returns the plunger to its full height stopped working. I think it lasted well when compared to reviews of other in-counter soap dispensers. So I purchased another one.

    Solid piece of faucet hardware, easy to install. Finish as described so no surprises in matching existing sink. Like that I can replace just the bottle if need be and not have to buy the entire fixture. My old bottle broke on one by another manufacturer necessitating the need to replace entire fixture now.
