I've only been using these probiotics for a few month as I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and it was recommended by my doctor. I take one early in the morning about an hour before eating. It seems to help my digestion as I have not had much problems as heartburn or constipation. TMI but fair warning in the first week or so I did experience a lot of gas and the first couple of days diarrhea. So just expect that as with any probiotic your body has to adjust. Sam's club gives the best deal as you get twice as much as a basic drugstore.
