FINALLY, a headset with premium call quality!

This is it! Finally! I've been on the constant pursuit of a 2-ear Bluetooth headset with premium call quality to those I am speaking to. I've probably purchased 6-8 higher end headsets from companies focusing on music sound quality. Companies that specialize in call quality (like Plantronics and Jabra) haven't had 2-ear headsets until recently. I use the headset primarily for calls and sometimes news radio, so I cannot attest to music quality. Huuuuge fan!

Good to listen but not to talk

Wonderful to listen to music but I bought them for the business use of making and receiving Phone calls on the go and they are nit so good for that. I don't know if it is for the noise canceling feature but is I am in a average noisy place like the metro people can't hear me well. They hear me chopped (intermittent) unless i really pick up my voice tk almost shout.... Not good in a public environment. If I'm in my office with almos no background noise then I they hear me great but then they also do with my $34 dollar who knows what brand set I biught at Wish.Com So I will most likely return them. Only reason I have not ia because they olay music so well but they are too expensive for that alone and I still need to make and receive calls.

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by sliding and holding down the power switch until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_V6200". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to check if the headset doesn't have any updates available through Plantronics Hub: https://bit.ly/2NNfqpE. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means it could be an actual problem with the headset and it is best to replace it.
