Tastes great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My oldest son has a lot of trouble calming down and relaxing enough to drift away into a good night of sleep. Therefore since he is so wired the doctor recommended we try a low dose of melatonin for him. These have been such a godsend. He takes one of these at around 6:00 p.m. and by 8:30 p.m. he is calm enough to sleep and get the rest he needs! This mama is satisfied!

Have Helped Us
I purchased this for my children as they have always been great sleepers but 2 were starting to struggle with the turning off part, therefore not getting enough sleep and then we were having bad moods and tantrums. Since taking these all 3 are asleep within half an hour and getting enough sleep to function the next day with less tantrums.
