Love this cat house.

Received this house a few days ago. Customer reviews said it had a smell. Yes it is cedar wood. It will eventually fade. It was easy to assemble. I put a bowl of tuna in every night and wake up to 3 little feral cat faces peaking out the openings in the morning. They especially like sitting on the asphalt roof for a better view of the yard.

Great product

Great for the TNR outdoor cat family we care for. I notice only 2 cats at a time want to use the house. I have to get a 2nd one but overall Great quality and design. Someone actually put thought into this product. The plastic flaps aren't necessary, I removed mine.

Almost perfect!

Depending on what floor piece is used, this house can have a separate upper and lower room or the rooms can be adjoining by a hole in the second story floor. Using it as one open space, with two doors, gives a cat an escape door if another animal goes into the house. The covered upper balcony is nice for a cat to get out of the sun or the rain. It's a nice looking house.
