Great shoe but understand the fit/sizing

The Men's Detroit XT ESD soft toe is an excellent work shoe but know that it runs wider and a bit longer than other Keen boots/shoes. I bought this and the Voyager at the same time, so this is my comparison. The Detroit soft toe has a sole or platform that exudes stability such as climbing ladders and carrying heavy items. It has a firm support in order to do this. Per the info on the shoe, the sole has components that reduce static electricity, also in many cases this is worksite related. In my opinion the Detroit is made for a worksite while you are wearing thick socks and performing tasks as mentioned above and/or crossing gravel, mud or other terrain. I don't recommend for a concrete floor warehouse situation because the footbed is firm. The Voyager hiking shoe has more of a cushioned feel and was very true to size for my 10.5 foot, normal width. And of course the Voyager was made for a different purpose.

great produst

Love keen shoes. I have had three different pairs an they have been mostly great. The second pair had a problem with the seam coming undone at six months. Keen gave me full credit fot the amount that I paid for the shoes. It was a much appreciated. Keen customer for life

Simply Outstanding Shoe

These Keen Detroit's are not only well made and look great. They are so comfortable right out of the box you would think you put an expensive insole in them. I have used Keen Work Boots in the past but this is my first pair of a more casual shoe from Keen. It will not be my last!
