Great Value Fresh and Frozen Broccoli Cuts is so good for you and your family. Frozen Broccoli works great for adding to rice, soups, casseroles, macaroni %26 cheese and for a steaming side dish. Scramble eggs in your microwave with bits of frozen or leftover broccoli cuts in it and top by sprinkling shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bits of heated, broccoli goes well in omelets too. You can stretch just about any dish by adding broccoli cuts to it. If you have leftover broccoli, add it to your pet's food for a healthy treat for them, they'll love it. Some of the stems are chewy and stringy. Over all I like the crowns or fresh..I won"t buy these again...I was trying to save money by mixing the stems with the crowns in a recipe...It ruined the recipe...Live %26 Learn........
