The product was purchased for my wife, who loves it - the process in which to get it was less than desirable. This was the second attempt to have shipped - the first one was delayed for no specific reason and was at the point to which it had to be cancelled. Of course, this particular order saw an increase in the price, and it shipped right away. While my wife is glad to have the product, the process was less than desirable. A representative was contacted but there was no attempt to price match or offer at the original price, something that has become the new "normal," on all internet shopping sites. Would be nice if items were readily available at the store like the good old days.
