I love the look of this fan. Now that it's up I see I could have gotten the longer fan blade but this is fine in this small bedroom. Love the controls that replace the wall switch rather than having a remote control kicking around.

Well built, quiet
I am a DIYer and recently installed this fan. I had a problem during the installation mounting the motor to the ceiling bracket. The screws provided are a VERY tight fit and are installed very close to the ceiling, you have little room to work with and they have to be at just the right angle. I ended up stripping one of the fitting. The unit comes with many different screws. I would suggest that screws are labled and pictured on the instructions to match the actual gauge and length of the screw that is used in that step of the installation. Others have found the light to be inadiquate, I installed mine in a bedroom and found the light to be fine, in fact I have to dim it down. It appears to be well built and runs quiet. Overall I am happy with the end result and would reccomend this fan.
