Stopped Shedding and Started Growing Again

I typically go about 3-4 days without washing my hair…especially the last 6 months. I hated washing my hair because of the clumps that were coming out when I washed. I'm almost certain thats because I'm on a GLP1. It was starting to have a real impact on my happiness because I just felt like I didn't look my best. Since switching to Routine Wellness, I no longer have clumps coming out when I wash…maybe just a few strands! I don't have any more frizz and or shedding or dullness or lifelessness in my hair anymore either. My hair feels healthy and strong and is growing again. After blow drying my hair actually has a ton of volume! Whatever is in this is absolutely magical! And it smells fantastic too.
