Smart light bulbs are the way to go! They are so easy to set up and operate. This one arrived well packaged. It was easy to unpack, and had easy to follow directions. First download the app. There is a quick and simple registration process. Use either your phone number or email to receive a confirmation code, choose a password and you are ready to go. Once you are in the app, screw in the lightbulb. It begins to flash, indicating it is ready to be connected. From the app you select the lightbulb from the menu, then connect to your Wifi by inputting your Wifi password, and you are ready to go! From the app you can turn on and off the lightbulb, and dim or brighten it. You can also set a schedule for it to turn or off. This assists in keeping your home secure, as you can make it appear as someone is home. Also, you can have exterior lights go on and off with night and day, and not have to worry about it. As well you can set up the light to work via Siri and Google Home. Overall it is an easy to use out of the box product, that you should definitely get!

Better than the other brands. Last a lot longer too!!! The other brands say their smart bulb lasts longer than regular bulb and only last a few months!!! This brand is still going strong so I paid more money for the better brand, thus better bulb (learned by experience). I won't keep buying the other brand replacement for their low quality and instead bought this brand as replacement at better quality. Learned my lesson (repeatedly); but learned firmly in the end. This is by far the better bulb!!!
