Great prebiotic

I don't know if it helps my mental clarity or not, but prebiotics are good for maintaining normal gut bacteria, and that's a good thing. This brand has no grittiness or flavor. Dissolves in almost everything. That's not true of all brands. I do not want to taste chicory, and I don't.
