It's fairly easy to set up even by yourself. Recommended to have a buddy though, especially for those vertically challenged, which I am not. I specifically looked for something with ventilation, and even with the roof installed it's got crazy amount of ventilation, which isn't ideal for winter. But attaching some 6 ft tarps at the roof attach points, helps to limit the ventilation some to keep the cold out and the warmth in. There is nothing wrong with the product, it is exactly what I was looking for, just bought at a weird transition time in the seasons.
