I find the progressive mag to be very useful, especially for intermediate distance - such as reading the computer screen and grocery store shelf labels. The stronger mag at the bottom of the lenses are good for close up reading like my cellphone. The spectacles are of good quality and quite comfortable. I frequently forget that I'm wearing them - only remembering to remove them when my distance vision doesn't appear crisp when driving! This is a good value - you get 2 pairs. Mine came in clear plastic frames and a light blue plastic frame. I only wish they'd make them in more traditional colors like black or brown.

Well packed in a sturdy box you slide to open and handy storage- impressive. The strength was too strong for my vision. i hope the mfg considers starting at s lower strength. I had laser monovision, left me after astigmatism correction with slightly out of focus vision 1 and 0.5 in the distance for seeing expressway advanced signs with confidence. These will make a nice gift for someone.
