Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was quite rude and told me I only had two options: cancel the order or wait. I decided to wait—and I'm glad I did, because the TV is great. Not suitable for SD or low pixelate visuals. Don't expect images like apple phone. Broadcasting channels will look like theatre movies.
