Cheap piece of plastic ruins shower !

Poorly designed piece of cheap plastic is part of an otherwise decent hand held shower set. Lasted a few months then cracked and now does not hold the shower wand at all !

Shower arm bracket collar is plastic, not "chrome"

The shower arm fell to the tile floor and cracked the threaded collar surrounding the ball joint. Had to reorder a new shower arm bracket.
