Wonderful movie

This is one of my favorite adolescence movie. I saw this 3x in the theater when it was first released in the 70's. The movie is old now, but the romance is innocent and Diana Lane is absolutely cute. I bought this DVD for my teenagers and they enjoyed it too. We are planning for a European trip next summer. BTW the soundtrack will stay with you for years. Highly recommended!

Very touching enjoyable movie

This is a very enjoyable movie - even my husband liked it. Diane Lane as a young teenager does a great job, and of course Olivier is wonderful. This movie is appropriate for adolescents to see as well.

Disappointed!

Film came highly recommended from a fellow Diane Lane fan. Was very disappointed in the movie. Didn't realize she was SO young when it was made.
