Attractive lamp
This lamp was the perfect shape and design for a narrow space next to my tv. I have two cons: I think it's over-priced and it was difficult to assemble the tubes together while pulling the wire through. If the wire turns, you can't pull it through the tubes. That was frustrating and once it was all screwed together it stood lopsided so the base had to be bent so it stood straight. So if you purchase one of these be aware of these assembly issues.

Nice lamp, different color than in image.
Nice soft colored light through the natural colored tan shade, and perfect for small spaces, being vertical, not taking up too much visual space. The pole is more of an orange rust colored paint than the translucent stain showing woo- grain in the image. It doesn't look bad, but it is more of an opaque colored finish. The base has no wood-grain to it at all, just solid painted color - not at all like the image. Overall, I like it and am happy with it - the price was great, it was one of the few lamps in this shape, which is what I was looking for, the shade is very nice and natural fiber looking, but would have been happier if the painted finish was more of a stain and showed wood grain through it.
