Excellent but..
The profile of this multivitamin is sufficient for most people. However Magnesium Oxide has poor bioavailability and the portion is insufficient. It is recommended to supplement an additional 100 - 150 mg of magnesium taurate/malate/citrate daily. Pls hit the like button if you found this helpful!

Good for the whole family
These vitamins are great because you only need to take one each day. They don't have a bunch of extra stuff in them, and because they aren't specialized everyone in my family can use them. We also like that you can get such a large bottle for an affordable price!

Are you looking for nice multi? You have it right here. Great packaging. Great ingredients list. I like the size, easy to swallow. No taste and easy on the stomach. I like it and will take it again. Its effective and helps with a lot of deficiencies. Has a blend of vitamins minerals and a bit antioxidants.
