Amazing Customer Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this pan as part of a larger set for just over a year now. My lid had a defect so I called customer service. They went above and beyond to correct the situation! Not only did they send out a new lid, they also sent the pan! (Stated together they were “a unit”.) If I hadn't already loved the set, I probably wouldn't have even bothered calling them, but I absolutely DO love my pots and pans! Their customer service just made me a loyal customer for life!
