Great price for everything that comes with it: the warmer, silicon insert, a package of popsicle sticks, and 4 bags of wax pellets. Wax not quite strong enough at first use.

The wax for general use for whole body did not pull out all the long hair on my legs, but almost. The unit was slow in heating, but did not burn me. I set the melted wax back down to medium as directed to hold the melted wax at the right temperature, but had to set it a mark to the right, and then it held the melted wax without burning me. The wax was gentle to my skin, and was easy to remove. I will practice with this until I get it right, and it is very nice to have a machine to control the melting process. The price was very reasonable.
