MIGHTY VALUABLE FOR ME

I add 1 heaping tsp of this Beta-Alanine powder to my pre-workout drink. You can read up on its value in that respect. It is highly touted. My workouts pumping iron at the gym are awesome and amazing. I know from years / decades of experience that my pre-workout drink and supplements really keep me going with lots of good strength and stamina to get through a tremendous workout without getting tired out. People ask me all the time what I do. I'm glad to tell them. Works for me.

Crazy Feeling

Beta-Alanine might be my favorite out of any of the supplements I take. The "burn" you feel is wild. I can't really tell if it actually gives your muscles an increase in endurance because of the altered pH levels, but it is GUARANTEED to give you boost if taken as a pre-workout drink, and hence why it is often found in pre-workout mixes. Get this if you're on the fence. Can't go wrong.
