Prepare rinse liquid: Open upper tank cap, pour warm water up to marked 230ml line, add matched rinse salt and shake fully until all salt dissolves completely. Start nasal cleaning: Lean your head sideways, place silicone nozzle against nostril, press power button to start steady rinse; breathe gently via mouth during the whole cleaning process for smooth operation. Post-use cleanup: Once tank liquid runs out, device auto stops after 3-second extra run; detach waste tank to pour out collected runoff, rinse all detachable parts and air dry naturally before storage.
