**Disappointed - Received Expired Product** I purchased the Natural Deodorant Co. Gentle Deodorant Cream and was disappointed to discover it was already expired when I received it. The product has a clearly marked expiration date of 12/31/2024 on the barcode label. I received this in late December 2025, meaning it was sold to me nearly a year past its expiration date. While I appreciate that this is a natural product with quality ingredients (magnesium oxide, olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and clay), natural products have shorter shelf lives precisely because they lack synthetic preservatives. The oils in this formula are susceptible to rancidity over time, which affects both effectiveness and safety. I expect retailers to practice proper stock rotation and quality control, especially with natural personal care products that have limited shelf lives. Selling expired products is unacceptable and potentially wasteful if the product is no longer safe or effective to use. I would have been happy with this purchase if I had received fresh stock. Instead, I'm left wondering whether to risk using an expired product or simply dispose of it. I hope the seller will improve their inventory management practices and ensure customers receive products well within their usable dates.
