great portable space saving massage table so when you're done using it you can store it in its case and put it away. I especially like the additional arm rest option that lets you cross your arms under the head rest instead of resting your arms at your side. the table is on the slimmer side but the arm rests you can add onto the side provides more room and it is comfortable.
