This company doesn't deserve even one star

I decided to cancel my order the next day, and these jerks at this company went round and round with me about discounts. Then I was told I would be fully refunded. I never received the promised discounts, and they didn't want their boxes returned, which I offered. They were rude and unprofessional and would not answer my questions seriously. Their product is crap. No directions were sent for assembly. The packaging was tacky, mailed in a flimsy, very light plastic envelope. I finally told this company to keep my $55.00, which was highly overpriced, and I never wanted to hear from them again. I will never do business with this company - ever!!!

Arrived three weeks after I ordered it and it was all creased and messed up. I was planning on using this box to give my husband a pair of shoes as a gift but this box is unusable as it looks like trash. Also, it's too freaking small for men's shoes size 10!
