Bugs that the diagnostic does not address

In the 2 weeks I have had this computer, it has frozen multiple times, glitched on streaming, and buffered endlessly on my banking access. Restarting it every day is a temp fix. It also crashed completely--the fix for that was holding the power button for 45 seconds. Asus support was useless. Whatever script they use did not accept that I already did what they were telling me to do. The diagnostic found 2 updates, both of which needed restarts. Reddit suggestions are more helpful (the power button hold) but I do not know how to follow some of their suggestions regarding graphics settings. The diagnostic and GeekSquad do not think this is a hardware issue. The picture and sound are great. The computer is large enough to accommodate a number board on the right, even if they want to eliminate the one on the top. That would be a more convenient design.

To resolve the system crashes and freeze up, update Windows, drivers, BIOS and applications if outdated.
