I am taking this supplements for a while now, easy to swallow, there is no any taste, or smell. I can not say anything about long term usage but I do not have any side effects. But hopefully I will benefit with time. The packaging is great like other "Now" products.

Great!
I take 2 capsules per day for high blood pressure. Many other brands have less than 500 mg per capsule and I have to take more than 2. So this package is very convenient and 90 capsules last for a month and a half. The price is reasonable and NOW's quality is well known. I will continue buying it.

Another tool in the covid toolbox
I take this based on research that it shows it helps reduce the level of covid in the blood. it's good value and I appreciate that this brand is third party tested so I'm sure what I'm getting.
