The hydrant valve is connected to the supply piping in the heated portion of the structure, eliminating the possibility of freezing. The residential design includes a solid brass body with satin nickel plating to mantain an attractive finish, standard OO beveled seat washer for easy maintenance, and a large, ergonomic handle with stainless steel screw.
