Assembly was pretty straightforward, it was helpful having 2 people doing it tho! The instructions were clear and all the materials were there. The screws could have been labeled better, but it wasn’t bad. They are comfortable, water resistant (water says in droplets), and love that it rocks! Really sturdy too and can fit up to 4 people.

From the picture online I thought it was going to be bigger and the cushions were going to be cream colored. I was wrong on both accounts. This is Barbie dream house patio furniture. I don’t think I have ever seen patio furniture this small. I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry, but it actually works out for me since I live in an apartment and have a very small patio. The whole set fits on my patio and I still have plenty of room for other stuff (plants and side tables that I got from Amazon). My patio is 6’ x 9’ to put it into a little bit of prospective for you. Even with the furniture I have plenty of room. I ordered furniture covers too and now I’m thinking that I could have gotten the smaller covers. I bought XL but I think they are going to be way too big. The quality of it is pretty decent, or at least it seems to be right now. The coffee table is very wobbly even after adjusting the feet, so the glass teeter totters. Doesn’t feel very safe to me. I made sure everything was straight and in line when I was screwing the frame together, so I’m not sure why it’s so wobbly. The chairs rock more forward than they do backwards and that pretty awkward, but I’ll deal with it. Cushions are a bit thinner than I could like but since the “wicker” underneath is a full seat, you’re not feeling any metal bars or anything else uncomfortable. Assembly was a snap! My son put the couch together and I did the chairs and table. We got it done in about 30 mins. Very simple and directions were easy to follow. Taking a star away for the table. Other that that, it feels like a pretty solid TIIIINNNNY set of furniture. I’m so glad I got it in clearance for $105, because if I would have paid full price for this and got what I got, I would be pretty livid. It’s really not worth much more than $100.
