The chair speed is too difficult to control since does not keep the speed and got it be adjusted as you go. also the reverse and turns are hold because is not turning as you circle around. it is good for someone not with mental disabilities

Unfortunately I am going to return this wheelchair. It is a nice chair BUT I did not receive an operating manual with the chair and after numerous attempts to contact the seller I have received no reply . Since I have never used an electric chair and have no idea how to charge it I must return it.
