Verified Purchase
a negligent vendor and broken mugs with no packing
All the cups were broken. The mugs were in the box with no packaging. A small piece of bubble wrap was laid across like a tiny blanket. Of course it arrived broken. I gave it immediately back to the UPS driver as I picked it up and it rattled loudly. I have not heard from the vendor and the 24 hour window is almost up. A negligent vendor.
