Wonderful product.

It is not a balm, but a thick lotion. Fresh has a moderately strong Menthol smell. Sometimes it is pleasant, other times, you may not want to smell the Bengay-esque odor. The effect of the product is amazing, however. It immediately softens and absorbs into the beard. These guys know what they are doing.
