Misleading Measurements and Poor Customer Service The product description does not list the seat height from the floor, which is one of the most important measurements when buying furniture. To assume customers will figure this out based on the table height is completely misleading. The seats are far too low, making them uncomfortable and impractical. When I reached out for help, the way my concerns were handled was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility for the missing information, the company offered no real solution and showed little regard for customer satisfaction. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will also be escalating my complaint to Walmart's higher management. Buyers beware — if you care about accurate product details and good customer service, look elsewhere.
