These jeans are definitely for curvy girls/women! Must buy they're really stretchy. I feel you can actually go down a size because once you start moving it gives. Now if you don't like your jeans to fit then buy your true size and they'll be a little looser by the end of the day but they wont hang off you either. It'll still look good. I bought 2 pair in 22
