Precaution
1. Before operation, the cleaning liquid is ready in the tank. The empty tank is forbidden to work!
2. Do not let the liquid splash into the electronic parts, especially transducers.
3. Start the ultrasonic generator when the liquid temperature reaches the set value.
4. Do not start heating if no liquid exists or the liquid level is lower than the working level, otherwise the heating pad will be damaged.
5. Do not touch the bottom directly (vibration plate), otherwise it may damage the transducers.
6. Keep the machine in a dry and cool environment.
7. The generator power supply is 220V and should be grounded.
8. Cover the lid to reduce the noise and pay attention to liquid reduction and evaporation.
9. Wash the tank if there is much deposit in the tank.
10. Do not pull inside liquid out if the liquid temperature is not close to the room temperature, to avoid deformation of the side tank which is equipped with the heating tube.
11. Do not move the machine when there is liquid in the tank.
12. The machine power supply is 1-Phase AC220V 60Hz and must be grounded.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Principle
The ultrasonic cleaner uses transducers to generate sound waves, and the frequency is 28KHz. When the sound waves travel through the liquid, millions of tiny bubbles form and burst continuously. This process is called a “cavitation” effect. The bursting bubbles scrub everywhere the liquid can penetrate. Intricate surfaces and areas difficult to enter, such as burrs, endodontic files, serrated instrument handles and hinged instruments, are cleaned more thoroughly and rapidly without damage to the cleaned objects. The cavitation is basic theory of ultrasonic.

Note: The ultrasonic cleaner suits for aqueous solutions, and neutral liquid is suggested.

Operation Method
1. Place the machine on the flat floor and ensure reliable grounding.
2. Connect power wire and ultrasonic cable correctly.
3. Connect the drain pipe with factory drainage system.
4. Pour the cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank.
5. Set temperature as needed and turn on the heater switch.
6. Adjust the ultrasonic power to Min., then start the ultrasonic generator and adjust the ultrasonic power as needed after normal vibration.
