These mats are great as mats. they have good cushion and they are waterproof and non slip. i gave less stars because the pattern is not like it was in pictures. the ones i got are mostly white with a few blue- green spots, but mostly white. not great with 2 dogs, a 94 yo who tends to spill/ drop things. They are very narrow and small. more like stripps of padding, rather than mats. that said, they do match the measurements in the description, they just look really tiny even in our tiny, galley kitchen. because of this i worry about grampa tripping on them and hitting the wood floors. overall they're decent and if i could use them they'd be great to stand on while working at the counter or washing dishes at the sink.

I really like this 2-piece rug set! The material feels nice and much better quality than I expected for the price. The rubber backing works great and helps keep the rugs from sliding around on the floor. They look nice, feel comfortable under your feet, and seem water resistant like advertised. These arrived today and I have been walking on them most of the afternoon. I simply LOVE them! There is definitely no movement underneath my feet. They grip the floor so well that they stay where you put them. I also love that there is no high lip to trip over. The other thing I love is the color. We have white cabinets and these fit the old kitchen just perfectly. Could not be happier.
