The #1 ordering mistake: confusing S6S (6-cyl, 5.0L) with S4S (4-cyl, 3.3L). These pumps are NOT interchangeable. Verify cylinder count on your engine nameplate. Failure symptoms: low pressure at hot idle, bearing knock at cold start that fades with RPM, oil pressure warning light on forklifts during tight turns (aerated oil).
