Great product! Keep expectations realistic...

So I wouldn't expect this to work as well as an antidepressant, but it does take the edge off. It doesn't smell bad, has a non existent taste, and is easy to take. I think it works to encourage positivity or to tamper down an overall overwhelmed feeling, but I'd encourage you to talk to someone if you're feeling more than that. It is breastfeeding friendly, which I appreciate. I would purchase again!
