Village Lighting Adjustable Wreath Hanger - Ivy (Brown)

The hanger is metal and feels sturdy. I bought it in brown as that was the only color offered at the time, though my preference was for black. The brown is disappointing to me, I think it's mainly because of the finish which is dull and feels rough, it makes the hanger look unappealing and cheap. I'll use it as is for now, but at some point I may opt to buy black spray paint and re-paint it. Also, some assembly is required, you have to attach the brackets that go over the door (the screws are provided) and the hook that you can move up and down to adjust the wreath height. Assembly is not much of a problem, I was just surprised that the hanger didn't come fully assembled, given the price. I'm not sure the adjustable hook will hold a heavy wreath, I'm concerned the hook will slide down and off because it's held in place by the tension of a large screw. It should be fine with a light-weight wreath. I'd prefer to rate it 3 1/2 stars.
