You need towels and replacement for hardwood floor

This design makes it so that you get splashes all over your floor. It completely ruined our hardwood flooring. This is my most regrettable purchase. I have had it less than 6 months and the hot water button is broken despite only using it a handful of times. At this point it cost me more to get rid of it.
