Damaged shipment no response
I have sent this multiple times ! Please respond!: To whom it concerns. My name is Gary Olson. My cell is 12067136714. We just unpacked our new deck furniture today. We have been very excited about receiving it. The finish looked nice, what we had expected, but upon further unpacking we began to notice cosmetic flaws where the finish had been chipped away. We moved foreword with laying it out for assembly when we began to notice structural flaws such as the image of cracking at a important, visible joint in the frame. I have more images of very similar flaws. It's not the cosmetic as much as we live in Seattle and the weather is an issue. One of the reasons we purchased this set. We've concerned that it won't wear well and will have issues after it's been exposed to rain for awhile. It would be several hundred dollars to have someone good glue and vice it and I don't want the hassle. We've not at all upset we know you did not inspect the product before shipment but would like to return it. I would request that you make the return process as easy as possible for us it is unpacked and we absolutely will not pay return shipping on damaged, new, merchandise. Love it
It came so fast and my husband built it right away and wow I'm in love! Highly recommend this set. The wood looks expensive and the light cushions brightened up my backyard! It only took 1 day to arrive and such a great price!
