Morgan Bailey, a 17-year-old high school senior in Indiana, wrote this cookbook for a new class at her school called Independent Science Research. She chose food science as her topic of interest and researched over the course of the school year in order to write and publish this book. It includes information for people new to cooking along with ten easy recipes.
