Slotted rotors and brakes pads

Rotors were good brake pads had 5 mm of lining on them sent replacement 5 mm lining on them they were supposed to check them I guess they don't have anyone that ever worked on a car if you would have seen that pic the brakes were you would have never sent them back for replacement
