This is the perfect solution for quick and easy remodels as it comes in fully assembled with the sink. Performance of the material is not affected by these variations. All stone and ceramic surfaces can be damaged by force or by sudden and/or rapid change of temperature. Bellaterra Homes counter tops are pre-sealed and polished for added protection during manufacturing. However its not permanent. Re-sealing the top before using is required to ensure proper protection.
