Great desk… terrible customer service.
The instructions to assemble were not in the box. I made three attempts to contact the factory to email the instructions and they kept me on hold and made me leave my phone number. They NEVER called me back even after 3 days. VERY POOR customer NO service! I eventually stumbled through attempting to assemble it without instructions and made many errors that I had to redo. I am not happy with the factory service but I do like the desk.
