Made from food-grade and lightweight cardboard which is sturdy enough to support cakes without bending upwards, and the flat cake board surface won't damage the bottom of the cake.
NOTE: General rule, for fruit cakes you should use a board 3 inches larger than the cake and 2 inches larger for sponge cakes.
Thickness: approx. 3.5mm each cake board.
