Very nice but one problem

This set is great except that the 16” shower arm does not bring the shower head far enough out from the arm for a comfortable shower if installed with a bathtub. You have to huddle in towards the wall over the projecting tub spout. Also the water flow is pretty weak.

Hi Natsha, We appreciate the feedback on the Delta faucet. We're sorry you're not happy with the Delta product. The shower head can be used with any 1/2" shower arm if you're wanting one with a longer reach. Also, i'm sorry you're not pleased with the 2.0 gpm (gallons per minute) @ 80 psi flow rate. We do offer shower heads with a higher flow rate of 2.5 gpm which can be viewed on the site. Feel free to contact us back with any questions.

Not recommended

I have the same problem as another reviewer. Water started shooting out from the seams and goes all over the shower making it unusable for quite a while now. It's very unfortunate as I spent a lot of money on this system and I don't know if this can be repaired.
