GOOD PRODUCT - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Unfortunately, the original unit arrived damaged. There is a spring loaded hinge between the cover and the phonograph itself and that was broken. Everything worked fine other than the cover wasn't being held open when necessary. Now for the bright side. I had bought the unit for my son as a Christmas present. The damage was discovered when he opened it. I contacted the distributor, maxlead.us, anticipating the dreaded interaction between unhappy customer and uncaring distributor, only to find the most pleasant, helpful and professional group of people, specifically Milka. They turned a potentially negative experience into an actual pleasant one. Not only did they replace the entire unit, they did it quickly and successfully. The replacement unit arrived in perfect condition and my son is extremely happy with it. The quality has, so far, been everything we expected. We are very pleased with the purchase.
